Service-Based Business

Creativewholesal provides professional event planning and coordination services. As a service-based business operating in Auckland, New Zealand, we do not sell physical products that can be returned in the traditional sense.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair to both clients and our business:

  • More than 120 days before event: 50% refund of payments made (excluding deposit)
  • 90-120 days before event: 25% refund of payments made (excluding deposit)
  • Less than 90 days before event: No refund available
  • Initial deposit: Non-refundable in all circumstances

Deposit Information

When you book services with creativewholesal, an initial deposit is required to secure your event date and begin planning. This deposit covers:

  • Initial consultation and planning time
  • Venue and vendor research
  • Concept development and design work
  • Administrative costs and scheduling

The deposit is non-refundable as this work begins immediately upon booking.

Service Modifications

We understand that event plans may change. Creativewholesal offers flexibility for service modifications:

  • Changes to event scope can be discussed and adjusted
  • Date changes may be accommodated based on availability
  • Service upgrades or downgrades are possible with advance notice
  • Additional fees may apply for significant changes

Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures), creativewholesal will work with clients to:

  • Reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable date
  • Apply payments to the rescheduled event
  • Provide alternative solutions when possible

Standard cancellation fees may be waived in genuine force majeure situations.

Refund Processing

When refunds are applicable under our policy:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Written cancellation notice is required
  • All refund requests must be submitted via email

Vendor Commitments

Please note that third-party vendors (caterers, venues, entertainers) contracted for your event have their own cancellation policies. Creativewholesal will assist in communicating with vendors, but their individual policies apply to their services.

Satisfaction Guarantee

While we cannot offer traditional returns, creativewholesal is committed to your satisfaction. If you have concerns about our services at any point during the planning process, we encourage you to communicate with us immediately so we can address issues proactively.
