Services Overview

Creativewholesal provides professional event planning and coordination services in Auckland, New Zealand, including:

  • Comprehensive event planning and management
  • Event design and styling services
  • Day-of coordination and supervision
  • Vendor sourcing and management
  • Timeline and budget management

Specific services and deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements between Creativewholesal and the client.

Service Agreements

All event planning services require a signed service agreement that specifies:

  • Scope of services to be provided
  • Event date and timeline
  • Payment terms and schedule
  • Cancellation and refund policies
  • Responsibilities of both parties

The service agreement takes precedence over these general Terms of Use in case of any conflict.

Payment Terms

Service bookings with Creativewholesal require:

  • An initial deposit to secure your event date (typically 30-50% of total service fee)
  • Progress payments as outlined in your service agreement
  • Final payment due 14 days before the event date
  • All payments must be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation. Additional fees may apply for overdue payments.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Creativewholesal services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in a timely manner
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Respond to communications and requests within reasonable timeframes
  • Respect vendor contracts and venue regulations
  • Communicate any changes or concerns promptly
  • Obtain necessary permits or approvals for the event

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms are detailed in individual service agreements and our Return Policy. Generally:

  • Initial deposits are non-refundable
  • Cancellations with significant advance notice may receive partial refunds
  • Late cancellations typically result in no refund
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing

Limitation of Liability

Creativewholesal will make every reasonable effort to ensure successful event execution. However, we are not liable for:

  • Third-party vendor performance or failures
  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Venue-related issues beyond our control
  • Guest behavior or actions
  • Circumstances constituting force majeure

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We recommend clients obtain appropriate event insurance.

Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, proposals, and materials created by Creativewholesal remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse these materials without explicit written permission.

Photography and Marketing

Creativewholesal may photograph events for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. By engaging our services, you grant permission for such use unless you notify us in writing before the event. We respect client privacy and will honor requests for confidentiality.

Force Majeure

Creativewholesal is not responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with clients to find reasonable solutions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.

Changes to Terms

Creativewholesal reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on creativewholesal.world with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
